I forgot to mention that before I left for Vegas my friend Michael and I went to Couchon in the Warehouse District. It's high end cajun restaurant by Donald Link. He's also got Herbsaint which is pretty good. A friend of mine was a bartender there. It was really good. One of the things we tried was rabbit dumplings.
