Updates

Hey everyone, sorry I haven't blogged in a while. Nothing major going on with me. I've been scrimping and not shopping b/c I'm kind of scared of where the economy is going. It's funny b/c I'm one of those consumers that loves to shop but I've cut way back. My purchases alone probably kept our local Target afloat. Ok, maybe not but I've been avoiding Target like the plague b/c I just can't go in and buy what I need. I always pick up something there that I don't need but want. Right now I'm waiting for the Sigerson Morrison line of shoes that's coming out. Hopefully they'll be leather and I might buy a pair otherwise no way. Ok, this weekend I did go to Old Navy. Haven't really been to Old Navy in a while b/c I'm just not that into it. It always struck me as a stepchild to the Gap. Not that I'm a fan of Gap, I'm totally into J.Crew right now. I'm kind of liking some of the Banana Republic pieces. Anyway they were having a $14.92 sale and it was pretty pilfered through. Most of the smaller sizes were out and they only had L and XL left on the cute stuff. You know me I looked through a lot of stuff and I did end up finding two dresses and a cute little top in the smaller sizes. Here's the picture of the dress. I bought the maroon and steel colored one. I'm deciding which one to keep. Can't find pic of shirt but it's a lovely floral print. It's sleeveless with a tie front. Will be cute with my skinny J. Brand jeans and Moschino booties. I'll take a pic for you.
