My obsession

So while I was in France I saw all these cute Parisian girls running around in adorable leather sandals in all kinds of cool colors and styles. They were so nice and I kept seeing them in shops but some of them looked cheap and not as nice as the ones I saw on the girls. So one day I was getting ready for bed in my hotel and I had the tv on some French show thinking that I could absorb the French language via osmosis. No not really but I thought it would probably be a good thing to hear it more. Anyway they had this show on about this company that made all their sandals handmade. The interview was in French so I didn't understand very much but it showed people making them in the factory. They were gorgeous and they were the same as the ones I wanted. Anyway I did find similiar ones to the ones on the tv show and on the girls but they were made in Spain. I thought to myself just wait until you get to Barcelona and buy some. Lo and behold I get to Barcelona and I spent all three days looking for them and never found the kind of sandal I wanted. Boohoo. So as soon as I got back to the states I tried to find them online to no avail. Lucky for me Isabel was able to locate them for me. They are made my this company K.Jacques and they are $200.00 sandals. I'm so tempted to buy some because they will probably last a lifetime but I'll probably wait this obsession out.
